   To get the permit for building ,you must have set of plans with details which only way is to hire an architect to drown the plans for you and seal it .Other wise in web sites you can find floor plans which will help you to decide about form and size of your building .These set of plans includes of
   1- floor plans
   2-elevation plans
   3- structure plan
   4- Roof plan
   5- plot plan (lot plan with city clearance for build )
   6- Plumbing plan (gas – water )
   7- Electrical plan
   8- A/C plan
   9- Foundation plan
   10-Excavation plan (if need)
   11-Building matte rial and code plan
   12-Land scape plan
   13-Nailing and ***** schedule plan
   14- Facing and floor cover plan
   All the plans must be drown in scal of drowing with exact sizes and all detailes calculated for weight and wall distances in 2 copies plus original blue print.

   You can create a free website at. Just fill out a short form and pick a template and your site is live. You can either embed the blueprints in the HTML pages or use the photo gallery for them. You can also start a blog about your project on the site so you can keep people updated on your progress. You can post photos and/or videos to the blog as well. They have a support staff so if you need any help you can get it.
